VivTech Consulting is an independent VoIP and business-communications practice serving the Greater Toronto Area. We exist because most businesses don't need another telecom sales pitch — they need a straight answer.
Why we started VivTech
After years inside the telecom industry, the same pattern kept showing up: small and mid-sized GTA businesses paying 2–3x what they should for phone service, locked into contracts they didn't fully understand, and getting "free" recommendations from people earning commission on the deal.
VivTech was built to flip that. We work for the buyer, not the carrier. We tell you what's actually worth doing and what isn't — and if the answer is "stay where you are," we'll say that too.
We're based in the GTA and most of our clients are within an hour's drive. That means real site visits, real follow-up, and someone you can actually reach when something goes sideways.
What we believe
Neutrality is non-negotiable.
We don't take commissions, kickbacks, or referral fees from VoIP providers. Our recommendation is the right one for your business, full stop.
Plain language wins.
If we can't explain a recommendation to your finance team in a sentence, we haven't thought about it hard enough.
Show up after the sale.
A consultant who disappears after the proposal isn't a consultant — they're a sales rep. We run the project end-to-end.
